TRANSFERING AND TRAINING!!
This week was pretty good. It was pretty sad because two people in my district are going home:( They will be missed.
Nothing too exciting happened this week. Just had some final lessons with some families in the ward and our friends. So sad! This has been such a great ward and I'm going to miss them dearly!!
Sorry this email was super lame haha next weeks will be better! Love you all! And So does your Father in Heaven and Savior Jesus Christ!

2 Feet of Snow and Facebook Miracles!
WHAT IS GOOD EVERYONE?! Whatta week it has been. Let's dive right in,
This week we made Valentine cookies and took them to people! Elizabeth (just baptized) and Diane (friend/investigator) both said that the cookies were an answer to prayer. WHAT?! Elizabeth especially; apparently she had been having a really rough few days and had been praying about it and then we popped up on her doorstep. I LOVE BEING AN INSTRUMENT IN GOD'S HANDS! We were able to comfort and pray with her. She said that us just being there was a blessing.
BIG NEWS! For those who have been reading my emails you probably remember the friend sister Roderer and I found on facebook named Shannice. She is the one from MA that we had taught for a while then turned her over to the sisters in her area. Well, I had been texting her on and off and on Wednesday she texted me and told me....THAT SHE IS GETTING BAPTIZED!!! I am so excited for her! She is so awesome and I can't wait for her to enter into that covenant! We will get to watch it on zoom next week! WOOT WOOT
We also have a friend named Joseph I think I talked about last time. He lives just barely out of our mission but he got a Book of Mormon and he wants to go to church! So we got in touch with the sisters in his area and they will probably eventually take him away from us as well haha. BUT IT'S OKAY!
Here's the crazy part. It doesn't usually snow in the PNW but.... we got 2 feet of snow! Naturally the first thing we did when we woke up was make snow angels in our pj's. Later we went for a walk and ended up getting in a snowball fight with some neighborhood kids! We also shoveled 7 of our neighbors driveways! It was a good way to get to know the neighbors a bit better haha.
I was recently reading a talk by President Nelson and something that really stood out to me was what he said about being a true disciple of Jesus Christ. It said something along the lines of how as disciples we shouldn't be afraid to stand out or speak up. As a missionary I stand out like a sore thumb and am always ready to share a message about Jesus Christ's restored church! But what about you? Do you stand out? Do you speak up? TRY IT! Pray for a missionary experience and get ready because God will answer! If you accept the challenge, email me and tell me how it goes!
Love you all so much and so does your Father in Heaven and your Savior Jesus Christ!

Here for Good Time, Not a Long Time
I go home on March 8th of next year so I only have 13 more months in the mish.... WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE?!? It seriously needs to slow down! This whole transfer has gone by so fast!
Sis Durham and I have been killing the facebook finding game! We have been talking to one guy named Bertrang and he was GOLDEN! He was just asking all of the right questions! He was like "what makes your church different from other churches?" I can't even tell you how fast we whipped out that Book of Mormon! He was really intrigued and asked where a church building near him would be! So we sent him the address of the church and we also sent the sisters near him to give him a Book of Mormon! WOOT WOOT! We also have people in Africa that we have been talking to and giving them bibles! Facebook finding is very hard and tedious at times but when you find the right people it makes it all worth it!
As for people in our area we have a friend named Diane and this past week we made 2 of her son's friends as well! They are so sweet! They are 11 and 8 years old. The 11 year old is really interested and thinks it's super cool but the 8 year old doesn't buy it
he is the most skeptical 8 year old I have ever met! But we are working with him and I think he is starting to like it:)
Our Friend Elizabeth that just got baptized is doing so good! We are going to start having new member discussions with her tonight! she's the best.
Other than that we have done 9 and a half hours of service this week! It's been so fun! We have gotten to meet some super nice people!
Don't ever forget how much God and Jesus Christ love you! Or what Jesus Christ did just for you. Love you all! Have the best week ever!

Baptism!
100 days as a missionary! CRAZY! Best 100 days of my life!! I've learned SO much and my relationship with my father in heaven and my savior Jesus Christ has been strengthened times a million!! I still have so much to learn and a lot of room to grow and I'm so excited for it!!
This past week was AMAZING!
Elizabeth was baptized!! Sis Durham and I got to be the witnesses and it was probably one of the happiest moments of my life. When she came out of the water she was just glowing! absolutely radiant! The rest of the night I have literally never seen her happier! I'm so happy for her and her cute family :)
We also have been getting a ton of service referrals! We love them! This week we had 3 and we have lots more next week. At one of the service projects we were cutting back and ripping out bushes for 4 hours! During it I heard a noise and I looked up and saw....A BEAR! jk. it was a black great dane but it scared us so bad! Her owner came by and started talking with us and we told her we were missionaries. Later we found out that she actually has friends in our ward! We offered to do some service for her and she accepted! We will see where that goes but please keep us and her in your prayers!
We have also been saying a lot of prayers with people recently. One of the prayers was to a girl that me and my last companion had reached out to a long time ago named Julia. I just felt that we should give her another call so we did. We got to talking and found out that she has been having a really hard time. We shared Isaiah 41:10 with her and she loved it! She also told us that she doesn't have an English bible so we told her we were missionaries and we could find missionaries in her area that could give her an English bible! Now the elders in the San Bernardino CA mission are going to take her an English bible! YAY! We will see where that goes :) Please also keep her and those elders in your prayers.
Lastly, I just want everyone to know that God is aware of you. I know I probably say that like every other email but it is so true. There have been so many times on my mission where I have been able to see God's hand in the lives of others. God is there. I know that there are times that it seems like he isn't. But, I promise you that if you will reach out to Him, He will reach out to you. I love you! God loves you! and he is perfectly aware of you!
